Reflective Gardens is a small to medium sized horticultural and garden building business who engaged Chapter to help them to realise the potential of the amazing work they were doing and grow the business across their two business units.
After an in depth strategic analysis we identified a host of internal strengths and practises that if leveraged and communicated well would truly set them apart from their competition.
Building on the redesign of the identity we undertook a repositioning and improvement of their tone of voice, to articulate a stronger and more confident brand language, highlighting the expertise and skill of the teams. In doing so we identified a disparity between divisions where construction was more dominant, so addressed this by repositioning the maintenance team to become the Garden Care division improving the team’s sense of worth and input to the business.
Delivering an updated website articulating this new positioning as well as internal communications and engagement tools to enthuse the teams and attract the best talent continues to deliver solid growth.

Our previous refresh of the branding for Reflective Gardens resulted in the now well recognised RG symbol, giving us a new identity and character to build upon.

Changing maintenance to ‘Garden Care’ gave the team and the brand an elevated persona and re-balanced with the ‘Construction’ side of the business.
